How can I win a fancall?

Order placement & results

I complete the payment for the order.

I submit the winner information to the official raffle organized by the store.
If you win, I will inform you as soon as results are announced and you may also receive an email from the store!
If this is your first fancall, I will help guide you through the verification process and answer any questions you may have~

Internal raffle
After order collection and payments are completed, I hold an internal raffle at a specific announced time.

I count all entries from each participant and randomly select one or more winners (depending on the event).

If you win the internal raffle, all albums collected through the group order are submitted under your name for the official store raffle.
Example:
You may purchase only 1 pob / album, but if the entire group order collected 30 albums and you win the internal raffle, this means you enter the official fancall raffle with 30 entries.

Additional information may also be required depending on the event. For 1:1 fancalls, this may include the name of the member you want to talk to, or for unit fancalls - the selected members.

I announce fancall events on my Instagram profile.

Fill out the form in bio or leave a comment:
"pobs theme: pob / pob+inclu / pob+album + member name(s)" and information on whether you want to participate in a raffle (and which one) -
Each claim has a specific number of entries assigned to it - this means that the more you claim, the higher your chances are in the lottery.

The exact number of entries and available options are always provided in the event post.

In many cases, you can also get additional entries by helping the GOM~

What should I know?
Important information

You need a passport. Stores usually do not accept ID
-
You must have a KakaoTalk or LINE account (KakaoTalk is recommended).
During the fancall: -
The store will ask for identity verification. You may need to send: a photo of your passport, or a photo of yourself holding your passport.

The store may conduct a test call to check your microphone, camera, and sometimes verify your passport again. This usually lasts 15–30 seconds and may happen around 30 minutes to ~2 hours before the fancall.

Stores call winners one by one, so there may be some waiting time before your turn comes.
I don't meet the requirements..... Can I still buy only the POBs... from the event? -
Of course! The fancall is only a BENEFIT - you don't have to participate in the raffle :) You can join the group order only for the POBs / albums without entering the fancall lottery.
